oh well i know what the stuff is,
At the beginning of the game the 1 icon in chinese is START, hit that button and 3 icons will show up the first= new game, the second is continue game, and the third = credits.
Pick NEW GAME, and select easy(left) or normal(right), when you pick one of these after the tutoritul is shown this is what it will look like after you select the difficulty from left to right, TOP TO BOTTOM.

LEFT: 1 PLAYER & SAVE
MIDDLE: CHALLENGE, VS MODE & START
RIGHT:2 PLAYER & CONTROLS.
