    Why are the rules so serious, it's the strictest I seen.

    Without these rules APH would fall into chaos.

    These rules are the basis upon which APH stands.

    yeah i SOME WHAT agree... some rules can be harsh but powerman is right, the rules are super strict.

    The rules here are not as strict as you think. There are some sites out there that if you break the basic rules once they'll ban you. What rule are you having a problem with Agent 008?
