Vader, this is actually proven in the 4th film where Vader actually kills Obi-Wan although he returns as a Jedi ghost...unfortunately.
Of course in those in faith of Obi-Wan you could argue of the battle of Mustafar where Obi-Wan pwns Vader, but he was older than Vader and Vader wasn't too wise in that form after his 'rebirth' within his life support suit is when he becomes the pure definition of 'L33T' i mean that breathing is a renowned notion of fear, even to his own men.
