Forgot this game

Cool game that I played about five years ago, its like the military against zombies, in a side scrolling sort of game, you could issue commands to the military, to press forward, fall back, hold your ground, etc.
You can't play as the zombies, and after a battle has been won, you go to a map, I think green representing your forces, and red as the zombies, no turn base stuff, and you have to go somewhere to 'win' the map. The maps have hills and stuff which can slow you down. You can also get people like more infantry, armored vehicles, stuff like that. When one of the ground infantry die, the zombie dives on top of him and shortly reappears. I think. I also think that the soldiers with gas masks have a red tint to them.
