so you need a certain quality just to have the game hacked? why is that

There could be many reasons for the low quality.
1) The game is to buggy.
2) The graphics may be bad.
3) Game play maybe slow.
ETC...

Also the website may have been known to have games on it that have had virus's

Because we like to be selective of the games we put on our site. We have a quality standard. If a game does not meet our quality standard then we think it is for the best not to put it on our website.
