Flash games can be played on Android with Adobe Air. The problem is the performance and that most Flash games are not made for the touch screen. Most flash games nowadays come in a wrapper in form of an app. So the game developers would need to release their games for phone/tablet.

Infectonator on Google Play Store - This is actually a flash game and includes a swf file designed for mobile devices.

As for a browsing app you could use something like Tapatalk which supports forums in general as opposed to one app per site/forum.

The APH app is a cool concept in theory, but who needs an app for APH when using a computer is easier and you can play any flash game?
Besides, with the crumbling community it would be rather non-practical to release an app for APH.
On the other hand, releasing an app would raise the profile of APH and may get some new members.

Ok, IF APH gets an app there is a couple of things to think through before making it:
    1. A name. APH App does not sound very exciting.
    2. The interface has to be easy to use.
    3. The App must allow new members to join in.
    4. Does it have advertising or not?
    5. It has to be announced in APH before it's release.
    6. It has to have some sort of an advantage to using APH on a web browser.
    7. Which systems?

I am not against the idea, but I'll stick to using APH on my PC.

Because some people might not have a laptop/computer, any internet access, might be broken or a virus OR someone else is using it
