This could only be done by the developer as most flash games are not made to work with touchscreens.

You have to have adobe flash player to play games on other websites.

Just Spam on the Android Developers channel "HEY I WANNA PLAY FLASH GAMES ON ANDROID! MAKE IT HAPPEN!" And i can play Strike force heroes Hacked on my PS3
