You know, I can relate to that. I dunno, even in the Army, our first priority is to save lives, no matter who they are or of what nationality, strange as that may sound.
I'm not going to give my story, per-se, but yeah... I know what you're talking about. But seriously, if you're having nightmares about it (I know I did...) then you should tell someone other than us, see the rest of your crew or go out drinking with a friend, you know? It may not make sense now, but it definitely helps to share it with others.
Take it easy, man. Keep up the good work. And, heh, if we ever have a 9/11 on our hands, I'm counting on YOU to get me out of my office, okay?

In the army its alot tougher than a fire fighter, Flying bullets, Explosions, watching people die. And i know thats not all the army does. They help the people in need of stuff such as food and water and thats not easy either. Also, when its time to leave war, you can get stop lossed and fire fighters cant but some do keep there job for a lifetime and as far as my road is now, i kinda plan on fire fighting untill i dont feel 10 FT tall and bullet proof. I solute the soldiers that i see, I pledge the alligence to america, and i never will forget the streangth everybody in war has to fight, i solute you!
If we have a 9/11, i will be there!

I mean, for you, you've got a really hard job. Its really a lot easier to sit around in a sand pit all day than it is to wait for people to get hurt so you can do your job. Sure, bullets, explosions, and death is horrible, but we've been trained for it. I mean, you all are just tossed into it, and for that - I speak for my whole platoon when I say this - we all have a lot of respect for you firefighters.
Shoot, I hate to say it, but we've got the easy job. Go out, kill stuff, go back home. Simple as that. You have to worry about civilians all day... eragh...

They call them simulators for a reason. You know how man grenades I carry into battle? One. You know how many the enemy carries into battle? One for every squad. If they're high-tech.
