Hmmmm if it gives you the three options (left to right): Find [color=#FF0000]Save[/color] and close then save 2 desktop and then open it, u also need WinRar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm for this.

U need to download WinRar to open any trainers on the forums, but not on Arcade Trainer.

how do you use winrar? i downloaded a trainer and winrar and i clicked on the trainer and it send me to this folder thing and it really pisses me off

If you have downloaded a .rar or .zip then you double click it and it should open something like this...
