by slow do you mean the gameplay or like finding servers and stuff like that?oh and my dsl is the super cheap kind that like the next crappiest from dial up lol

finding servers and downloading demo gameplay is not a matter of speed but yea ethernet works the yellow wire i think that u plug into ur computer to get online u can plug that into ur ps3
