Cannot remember a game

Okay, I cannot for the life of me recall the name of a particular game. It was a game where you chose your enemies from a pool of enemies that are spoofs of real-life world leaders(e.g. Mahmoud Headinajar/Achmadinejad). What was that game? You could send soldiers and spies to attack their bases, while defending your own.

Edit: Really, nobody's going to help me here? I cannot find it anywhere.

Edit: Okay, this is ridiculous. Anybody know the name of the game I'm talking about? It was on this site.
