It was done to assure that APHs rules and quality standards are met. And as far as i am concerned it will stay like this.

I honestly do not see any issue with the limitations. ZuckeR described it perfectly. If we allow just anyone to post hacks. We have the potential to allow people to add hacks that might now even work. Or simply aren't good hacks. If we allowed that kind of thing. APH would lost credibility, which isn't good for the site. Quality prevails above quantity in this case.
