You know what that is called? Plagiarism. If the item is so important, you at least need to give credit to CMG, ask the author if you can do that, or say who made it. Either way, your not taking the credit for something someone worked hard on.

I hope CMG sues you. Plagiarism is against civil law and is resolvable by a lawsuit. Not only is it against civil law, but it is against the doctrine of moral rights and violating this law can have you processed, and jailed. Also, I'm sure you can be punished under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act. In which case information may also be used for authorized law enforcement investigations. They have the whole website copyrighted, which means you are also violating the copyright law.

umm. he wont get sued. it was not copyrighted so he cant get sued or thrown in jail. its just called leaching on forums and because of this all it will basically do is mark him as a lier and not be trusted thats all basically. if it costed money or something then it would be more serious. but this wont do anything except scar the opinions of people on the internet
