It's a point-and-click game. It doesn't need any hacks. If you were trying to find a way through those worm with many teeth in the sewers, just move the mouse slowly towards the lever on the left then quickly to the door on the right. For the second worm, click on the right, use hammer on the plates, click left then take the piece. For the third, keep clicking on the lever mechanism until you are allowed to get up. Don't forget to close the trapdoor after.
