Can't find a specific game

Can you guys help me figure out what the name of this game is? It allows you to select your enemies from a group including Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, George W Bush, etc.(names are actually puns on the real names e.g. Headinajar = Ahmadinejad). You can send soldiers to attack their base, and defend your own with propaganda, missiles and nukes.

I know this game. "World Domination", or its sequel "World Domination 2". Both are from Youda Games, and they are old. No offense, but, they were once I played before. It's a turn-based strategy game that does all you describe.
