The Story

Mario and Yoshi are not the main characters in this story.

The story can't just end like that when the climax is still starting. I am sorry, but Mario and Yoshi must die. As said:

Mario and Yoshi suddenly lose their immortality as they depixelate. Afterwards, a demon comes from behind and cardioectomizes them to death (cardioectomy is the removal of the heart). Then, he lobotomizes them (he stabs them in the brain). Their spirits are also then eaten by demons in hell.

Meanwhile, a cataclysmically paroxysmal battle begins between the Monkeys and the aliens. The battle is so violent that the whole city they are fighting in is disintegrated within yoctoseconds. Fortunately, all the civilians manage to get away from the brutal battlezone safely.

They don't go to Hell. Mario and Yoshi'd go to Heaven.
And, sorry, it was a must to do that...

aliens return and the TOTV thing somehow dies but then the aliens resurrect it as an evil being hell bent on destruction

But then the TOTVMosasaurus that the aliens controlled was a HEH (a highly-explosive hologram). The real one is 100% immune to any form of mind control or telepathic attack. The real TOTVMosasaurus also had the trigger to blow up the hologram in the ship. He pressed the button, and the resultant explosion was so large and bright that night literally turned into day for 3 seconds. Then afterwards, alien blood fell everywhere.

Suddenly, Prometheans from Halo 4 attacked Earth.

Zira falls off a cliff and falls off a waterfall. Suddenly, a Dpster pops out of the ground. He's the main antagoniast.

Dpster and the Prometheans usually have a rivalry, but then they unify under their combined hatred of the Monkeys. Dpster and the Prometheans attack Earth, and a cataclysmic battle begins.

In Team Good: there was Phangler, Kova, and the Monkeys.

In the team of people there is Dpster, Prometheans, Covenant, and Other Aliens. The Covenant and the Other Aliens are already defeated.

Phangler bitten the Prothemans and thrown his Mic on them. Suddenly, the Monkeys stabbed the Prothemans in their chest with a magical knife. Kova devoured all of the Prothemans. Only Dpster was alive.

But the Prothomeans are only minor villains, Dpster is the true main villain.

Phangler used his mic to make Dpster faint, but when Dpster woke up, he was still alive. Kova bitten the flower off Dpster, and the Monkeys stabbet him with their magical knife. Dpster's face got scarred, then he was put in a carboard box that was thrown into a lava pit by the Monkeys. Dpster in the carboard box imploded into a cloud of dirt, and the box melted away.

The team of Good guys walked away, except for Phangler, who swam in a river. When they arrived at the Capuccino Palace, they were having a party, and they drank delicious chocolate chip coffee.
