    I'll help you; but this is the wrong thread you created a new post on.

    Top right corner of your profile, click "Settings" below your username.
    Below the "My Settings" tab, click "Edit Profile Picture" or "Edit Avatar," and upload your image from the web or your device.
    I recommend "Edit Avatar" for forum posts, and "Edit Profile Picture" for your profile.
