Nothing but Black Screen?!?!

Hey everyone, I have played allot of games on here in the past and all have loaded fine for me. Though after I reset my laptop to factory some of the games never load and there nothing but black screen. I have re-downloaded all of the flash players or any other software I can think of (Java, Adobe ext.) to run the games, but I think I might be missing something. Any ideas or personal opinions are more than welcome, currently I'm using Google Chrome. Thanks.

Try using a different browser, see if that does the job
