Have you tried a different browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Edge [Win 10 user])?

it just has a gray screen with nothing happening. I said multiple users meaning, well, the comment section says enough......

o.k., there is the last part of the address. No I had not tried a different browser, I have a google chrome book and had played it about a year or so ago with no problems, and I have cleared the browser recently too....
