How to change profile pic?

hi everyone i'm new here and i would like to know how to change a profile pic, thx!

Go to forums, you see the little red box on the top right? go to 'Settings', click on Edit Avatar', click choose file or link, note that the profile pic has to be 100x100. when you chose the profile pic press 'Save Changes', after that go to home page of aph (where you choose those damn games) go to 'Edit' on the top right, click on 'Use forum avatar?' if it is ticked then scroll down to save profile and click!
