There are still outlawed hack requests out there. Someone requested Pokemon Tower Defense 3 which is against the rules. Another guy requested Pong game with added bribes, both of which are also against the rules. We need far stricter hack request filters to fight outlawed hack requests because they are still driving us crazy.
Bye bye hack request spammers!

Seems kinda late to start turning stuff around now, but I suppose better late than never.

Oh I know! There should be a special function where every time the hack request is viewed, there is some popup or something showing the Forum Rules with a Disagree or Agree thing at the end, with each page showing a section of the Forum Rules each with a Next button and a Previous button. The Agree button will only become clickable once the last page is shown. This should be a good way to give newcomers a good reading of the Forum Rules.
They can just skip all the pages.080202 - ????????? (2).jpg
Not if the Next buttons and stuff do not become clickable until after 30 seconds. This would force the person to read it all
One problem: We would also get annoyed still. There is a solution: If the person has more than x posts then he/she can enter without having to read the "Forum Rules instruction infusion procedure"
but what if there was an instance that the 'next' button only become 'click able' after answering a few questions regarding the rules.
