Request hack idea

Hey everyone,
An idea just popped into my head. As those of us who dare look inside the request section of the forum, one will notice there are quite a few already hacked games. Is there a way to add a required option to the form to use the search bar? I know it says it in the header, but I think people over look it.

My second idea is that we literly copy and paste the request rules out of the page, and have them again on the request forum. I know there's the "I have read the rules", but how many people have actually done that (clearly, the state of requests shows otherwise)?

Feel free to tell me what couldn't work, what would, and other community suggestions.

Yeah but then how could we know if they actually searched the game first ?

If i remember right you cannot request a game with the name of an already hacked one. It should even tell you if that there is a hack already. Still people add some extra characters, just to request the game. I guess you can't fix dumb.

Something tells me a 2min cool-down after an invalid request wouldn't fly well. I would support it. I'd most likely use a web-cookie.
