Ok ok this might sound off but does anyone remember when ArcadePrehacks used to give unregistered users 5 tokens to play any game on the site before they had to make an account?

The system might be still used in ArcadeTrainer, an old but still working sister site.

When I joined ArcadePreHacks back in 2008, there was this system in which you can play up to five games without an account before you are required to log-in or register (This is no longer the case how many years ago). It still happens in the sister site ArcadeTrainer.

To be fair, considering the amount of activity now, on the forums, it does sound like quite the appealing feature to "generate" more active member so to speak.

Not really they will probably make accounts and only use them to play the games here

yeah true unless you could play a limited amount of games before having to post an X amount of things to play more
