I not really sure what you are asking here. If you are talking about changing the site colors, I'm honestly not sure what you would do. APH has red as a part of their logo/site. No reason to change it client-side.

I'm sure its possible if you want to code yourself a Browser extension for Opera/Chrome.. It should be possible since theres already ones that allow you to have a dark theme of youtube
