Cheat Engine How to Use on Pepsi Pinball and Xtreme Pinball Arcade Game

I recently downloaded Cheat Engine 66 and I would like to know how any of you hacked an internet flash game on a site or forum.

How can I increase the default (that is set to 5 balls) in Pepsi Pinball (The game that takes place in the West)?

In Xtreme Pinball I am unable to attain 3,000 on the default set 5 balls. I would like to increase the default that is set in the game to something higher using Cheat Engine software. Does anyone have any experience using this software on internet/online games?
