You can look it up in the annoucements section in another forum.
Example:
Go to the Request A Hack forum,
look up,
and you should see RANKS in the annoucements.
The order is
Grandmaster Cheater
Supreme Grandmaster Cheater
Emperor Cheater
God Cheater
Uber God Cheater
Legend, but I think it should be Lengendary Cheater.
