Pandemic 2 rehack

Pandemic 2 needs a rehack. Add these hacks:

[2] Toggle Visibility

[3] Infect population of selected country (select a country first)

[4] Toggle airports

[5] Toggle shipyards

When toggled on, Toggle Visibility sets the Visibility of the disease to zero regardless of symptoms. The hack also makes the government completely unable to react to the disease in the game. Infect population of selected country, well, instantly affects the entire population of a selected country. Toggle airports forces all airports in the game to stay open when turned on. Toggle shipyards forces all shipyards to stay open when turned on.

Infect population increases the infected but does not decrease the healthy. It also adds extra alive people to the country. Can you fix this pls?

I fixed the healthy population. Every time you added infect population, it will subtract same amount to healthy population. For alive, by default the algorithm for alive = healthy + infected. Since we hacked the infect population the alive will always increase.

Please clear history again before playing.
