Need your help finding a game I played many years ago, before flash ends

This is only out of nostalgia and curiosity because I would like to know the name of this game. I cannot remember the exact title, but had faint memories where this stickman is handing out money wrapped in rubber bands to people in a cutscene, he bought expensive cars, gave money out of generosity & etc. After the cutscene, the game itself had a minor segment where you could bet on a boxing match with either blue or red opponents. If anyone remembers playing a game that sounds similar to what I have described, then please let me know.
