Im hoping to get a reply, thats why i bumped it 3 times to keep it on the first page

you do know you can hack that with CE dont you? just dont multiply the numbers by 8 and if you have unlimited money you wouldnt really need research to cost $1

Tried it seems impossible seeing as teh money and population is constantly changing every second. And as far as i know everytime i use CE it has to stay the same # till its scanned then it changes and you scan it again.
