I made a hack for Commando2 which you can play here:

The bad thing is, you can only play the first level, the good thing is there are these hacks:
Weapons unlocked, ammo, health, lives, score

because its not protected thats why its "limited"

yes if you look at some websites, with the swf to the limited game, in the script you will find that address. But swf links to miniclip swf just links to the swf loader and has the base to it. (www.miniclip.com)
