How do I have the reload time?

Hey I was wondering how to hack the reloading time? Because I have the money hack and the protection hack but I need the reload time, I want to make it where there is no reload, so it is instant shooting. The game I want to use it for is Damn Birds which is a pretty addicting game. I know its posted here already but I want to hack it still for practice since i am a nub at this lol
