But smiley spammer is original,
I think.
Cause there are some spammers,
but isnt there a new rule about smileys?
So make it about people who use smileys ALL the time.

i like the trusted user rank idea. how about reporter? like maybe to get the rank of reporter u have to report lots of rule breaking or spammers?

the reporter? it's not really a sub-moderator. more like a person that mods and admins go to for info on users breaking the rules or spamming.
