You can request a trainer, multiplayer game trainers are allowed. But you'll probably get kicked out for hacking. There is no trainer on AT.

There are plenty. Plunder.com would be your best bet. There are also a few on rapidshare and mediafire. It is not likely you will get kicked for hacking, but, if you haven't noticed, connection to SAB is horrible, and the trainers make you loose connection so often it you can't have fun
