I would use screen recorder gold and put it throught windows movie maker......Screen recorder gold videos are quite good quality.If the file is too big convert it to a different format.Once an avi file i had was 1.3gb then after it was converted to asf it was like 350mb.

Well sup guys.. Long time. ANYWAYS, when i was still on the site i had never gotten any ideas to update it with people just left it the way is was so i just left it go to. I have free time, so gimme ideas and ill remake a completely new and more advanced video, for you guys.
