EDIT:first of all most of the answers I found said 10992. But if you work with the information you have (this is how you are supposed to solve a math word problem) Then the answer is 14 because it doesn't say there is a bus driver and it doesn't say they have their backpacks with them. 7 times 2 legs equels 14.
