You need to read the rules,double-posting isn't allowed.
About the problem,are you sure you extracted all the files in the archive to a same folder?

Try this, you may need to register an ocx. Click start then run, in the box copy and paste this...
"regsvr32.exe c:\windows\System32\msinet.ocx" without the quotes , and hit ok. then try program again.
registering the ocx will be better for you on other files...I am guessing you are using Vista, this may or
maynot fix your problem...There is a couple files that can cause this error..

Must be a different file, maybe try searching google for that error code.
anythig about visual basic and windows vista and that error code.. maybe someone
else has same error..
