That would make no sense because even cells and atoms aren't 2d.

Like it would be a circle *sun* shooting out straight lines *heat* into a circle *earth* with flat drawings on it *people*

there would be no water, air or anything.

If there is a 4th dimension then the people there would have a hard time understanding how we can survive squished into the 3rd dimension, just like how you don't get how anyone coud survive being in the 2nd dimension.
