    Make sure you extracted the files and have the exe and dll in the same folder.

    yes stillc wont work idk whats wrong with it, one of the negatives of windows 7.

    I have Windows 7 and it works for me. Don't blame all of the problems on your operating system. What's the error that's displayed?
