That could be difficult for him, because, he said, that he don´t have an own computer. And if he would give us a real proof, like a pic or something, that he says the truth, then we should us apologize to him. Otherwise, if he can´t proof, then it´s all ok, and we have to assume, that´s the same person. As i said, everybody deserves a chance to proof his or her telling.
