Then, you should know how to resize in paint. With a picture that large, might take a while but you'll get there

image --> resize/skew (Ctrl + W)

as AuburnAttack21 said, it's much simpler to find the picture and right click over it. select "properties" and then a new window will open and you can see the the url of the image. copy and paste that into a post. then highlight it and click the "Img" button directly above the area where your typing. when you post it it will show up as an image (make sure to preveiw before you post). sometimes when you click properties it wont show the url. this has to do with where the image is posted.

None, really, but copying from the Address Bar is faster.
