For example, now when you're reading my post, check the right side of my post, there's my username, number of posts, etc.
Then there's the thing that says Karma, and then a number. Under the text Karma, there should be a thumbs up-, and a thumbs down-icon. Click on the icon that has thumbs up, and then follow the flow

i think hes confused because you can't give karma until you have 15 post.
so don't worry about giving anyone karma until you've posted some more

yeah, i imagine you can see the little arrows above the pm link now. so you can click the up arrow for whoever made your sig. be carefull with karma though, if you give it without a good reason you will get a warning/temperary ban. making a sig is a good reason to give karma
