Since it has black magic, do I have to be a magician to use it?

No.
The sword is embedded with dark magic, so you dont have to cast anything.
Its just causes more damage against holy foes(so YOU would be the best bet at killing that paladin, not death).

So the orcs die.

You follow this path in a village and you see 4 orcs and one orc covered in armor on a horse. You see 8 villagers there aswell.

Orc: Move out.
-The villagers continue to follow a path out of here-

They orcs havn;'t seen you yet. What do you do?

-Mission-
Kill the orc on the horse.

*send another 2 at 2 of the orcs*

Dalvo your fast but not that fast.

2 Arrows come towards the orc with the armor. He blocks it with his shield.
*The other orcs realize this happens and they turn around and run towards you*

heh i'll kill them i run up in the air and swing my spear at there feet so i can land then cut there stumacks

*ok loads and shoots 5 arrows at the orc on the horses shield *

*while the arrows are flying i activate rock punch*

*the arrows all merge together and make a massive rock arrow*

*the rock arrow hits the orcs shield destroying it and sends him falling off the horse*

With him off the horse i run up to hikm and use fire spin on him and my sword, with my sword hot, i cut his head off

The orcs shield breaks....

*He gets up and pulls out his axe and then he runs and jumps and hits the ground causing a stomp.

*Reduces 50 speed*
