I wouldn't say that, with his spell those arrows are the speed of a bullet.

What happened to my arrows?

I will now be shooting at your chest and stomach

You shot me and i dodged them by running into the bushes,

Now you can't see me, and the spear has come towards me.
So i am hidden in bushes and i can throw a spear at you at anytime
