But for an admin work is always hard nothing is easy. Just do me a favor and make sure chris at least sees my post so he can see that something has to be done we can just let 1 admin over power another admin because someone does something wrong they shouldn't get full authority, See that is the problem of an admin they cant be expected to work and then have to do something else that puts them under stress. The job of an admin is not to hack to get to admin because everyone knows you can it is to be the right hand to dedicate yourself to the forum to better it. Thats the real point. Do Miguel knows why he became admin? I don't think so. The only ones that know are me and Chris.
I called Chris (Xnite) it's 6 am there,he was sleepy and said he'll deal with this as soon as he gets up from bed.

and i also think you are being very unfair,
he has never threatened a admin, and he would NEVER try and do anything to the forum,
i think he deservers another chance, maybe being demoted to mod but he deserves it.

You don't. He should have been normal user if I wasn't there to talk to Chris. Miguel have asked me a couple of times to discuss that with him about his promotion.
