Cats don't like the smell of fresh-pelled oranges or lemons. That smell, for them, is horrible. Or garlic.

In the united kingdom if you shot it EVEN if it WAS a stray you could be sent to court.
But really thats soo inhumane and I am fully against animal cruelty.

Kicking is still abuse in my opinion. Deathnote, here is what you need to do

1. The neighbor you were talking about, go ask them if it is theirs.
2. If it is, give it to them and politely ask them to keep it inside.
3. If it isn't theirs, take it to a humane society and for the last time, don't do anything to that cat.

If the cat is theirs and you abuse it, THEY CAN FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU. DON'T ABUSE THE CAT.

And even if it isn't kicking it is inhumane. That is not the way to go.

I Still say kick the cat, have you noticed that kit kat sounds like kick cat? Also if you know it is stray like for sure, you don't see him jacking into somebodys home. Then be nice and put out food for him daily, not like 2 bowls of cat food will make you broke. If i where you i would probebly invite the cat in, then this way he will visit more often and then you have 2 cats to kick
