Here's another app from me.

You upload an image, then it'll resize and add the border for you. You can change the border color. When you're all done, you can download it or press the 'Upload to an external site' button to send it to imgur.com to be hosted.

1. Open the webpage here.

2. Wait for the 'Upload' button to load.

3. Upload the image that you want.

4. The image will be resized to 100x100 and displayed.

5. A black border will be added to start.

6. Selecting the 'Fit image' checkbox will cause the image to move so it won't be overlapped by the border.

7. Move the color chooser to the color you want or press the 'Random Color' button.

8. After you're done, press the 'Download Image' button.

9. A new tab/window will open with your image.

10. You can do file->save or control->s to save the image.

11. Alternately, you can press the 'Upload to an external site' to upload the image to imgur.com.

12. After it's done uploading, two links will be displayed called 'Image' and 'Delete Image'.

13. The 'Image' link is the URL of the image you just uploaded.

14. The 'Delete Image' link is if you ever want to delete the image.

15. Enjoy your new image.


Notes about uploading to imgur:
It resizes the 100x100 image to 144x144 for some reason
The server can only upload 200 images a day, 50 per hour
Don't expect it to work all the time

Yeah, it resizes the image to 100x100 for you.

Just press the download image button and then save the image that opens in the new tab/window to save the image.

You can now change the border width from 0 pixels to 19 pixels.
