Well i failed and that's possible?

All i could do was make bonus time higher and i think i could unlock the 3 other vehicles
But i couldn't find the health. I tried searching but health, hp, life, live, lives nothing would come up and there is no number for health either.

Maybe you should try zivot which is Czech for life, the problem is many of the variables in this game are in Czech so you need google or another site to translate them for you.
