Seems like more people are having this problem.

You can try what some wrote in the comments. When it has fully loaded right click and go to settings. In the settings menu go to the microphone tab and right click on the arrow of the drop down box where you can choose the device. You have to be pretty precious with the click but when you did it right the normal right click menu opens and you can click play. Works fine for me, just try it again if it does not work the first time. Hope this helps...
