Go to user control panel, user groups, select creatives, and change it to join selected, click submit.

Here try this.

Click user control panel right next to the message button on top.

When you you enter the User Control Panel click Usergroup.

Then select The creative group (Click the circle)

Then all the way down the screen click Join Group and then click Submit

Then you wait till you are accepted
