Spiders - Been afraid of their weird legs and moving. Been that way since forever

Mannequins - I was afraid of them in the past and they are still creepy to me.
I had nightmares with them every night for almost a year. I was also on a shrink he said I was gonna be fine and that was it.

God you just so woke up my bad memories when I saw this...
